I had an intermittent toothache of undetermined cause for months, now with increasing sensitivity until finally swelling broke out in my left jaw.
I called Dr. Adamo on the recommendation of several dentists I trust. He saw me the next day.
From the first, he was very sensitive to my high anxiety level. He explained what he was doing,as needed (or not, as I sometimes requested), and in a relaxed way performed my first root canal. I was given a prescription for antibiotics to take in 2 or 3 days, as needed. As it turned out I didn't need anything, as the dental pain was gone for good.
In sum, Dr. Adamo's is superbly informed, sensitive to patient needs, and technically flawless. I don't know if it's quite accurate to say I 'enjoyed' going for root canal, but it came as close to it as I could have described. I am a physician myself, and I believe he is a superb endodontist,
