dr.heller is an outstanding man, he is very personable, honest and courteous, his wife on the other hand is very rude, pushy, not professional at all and does not listen to the patients. she called me 6 times in a month to collect a 75 dollar bill, I explained the 2 front teeth that they filled were discolored and she was supposed to return my call about it, never did. she just wanted to call to. collect money.
About Front Desk: not professional, the docs wife is very pushy, not concerned with patient care.
