Facilities were outdated and FILTHY. There was dried blood and dust spattered over every surface, and Dr. Feinberg touched these surfaces after putting on his gloves. The chair and sink were broken. He used only a metal tool to scrape my teeth; none of the polishing or cleaning I expect for a dental cleaning.
