I've had relatively few trips to his office --mostly routine cleanings -- but, everyone has always been very professional and kind. dr. chin once offerred to stay late to fix a problem for me without my having to ask (or to wait).
additionally, the work that was done to fix some damage to a tooth following an accident, was superb, quick, and done with care and appropriate follow-up.
reliable and courteous. what more could you ask for?
