Dr. Friedrich replaced a crown that lasted only 5 months (a crown should last at least
5 years). The crown fell out and had to be re-cemented three times. End result: the crown failed; I have no front tooth; and I’m out $2000 for faulty dentistry. I received a second opinion and the dentist stated I did not need a crown because there was not enough tooth structure to hold the crown in place. Subsequently, Dr. Friedrich only recommended a crown to generate income. I called the office several times for a resolution and received no response. In my opinion, a dentist should be ethical even if a crown, root canal fails. Dr. Friedrich is great about collecting money, however, when something goes wrong he does not stand behind his work. If you need any expensive dental work - ask about his policy if something goes wrong - otherwise he will keep your money and offer no resolution as he did in my case.
