My experience with Dr. Freeman is not just a disappointing. The good things are that I never had to wait. However, I had 2 appointments for dental cleaning and twice did I walk out without my teeth being cleaned, because he chose to focus on other things that I did not asked for i.e watching a movie about teeth . One time I was presented with somebody elses bill. On an other occasion, I was forced into a high number of x rays, even though I had them recently done and had them available . The staff seemed to socialize in the back, while I was asked to watch a dental movie, to get the patient off his back. It didn`t take me long to figure out, that Dr. Freeman`s dental practice is the mostly backward in the city of Atlanta, the staff is arrogant and patronizing and the premises old and gloomy. He clearly seems to run his program and seems not to have understood the basics of marketing and patients` needs. Not going, saves you hustle
