This "dentist" performed unnecessary surgery and prepped two teeth at once for crowns; one of which was not even fractured. He has caused me non-stop excruiating myofacial/TMD pain. I will have to live with this condition the rest of my life. He forced my jaw open too wide and too long that he pushed my jaw right out of place. His unnessary 2002 procedure to-date has cost me $33,000+ in medical/dental costs. Both crowns were so poorly done and too large for my mouth, they both had to be replaced at my expense.
