Ciner was fine. His staff is incompetent. After agreeing on two (2) visits for installing 2 crowns, 1 visit for the temp, the second for installation of lab generated crown, misfire. No crown. For my erd visit, at 9am two weeks following, I was called by office staff at 8:00am to learn no crown from lab. Also learned I was not even scheduled to have Ciner install crown, another dentist (not listed in Ciner's website) was scheduled with me. Staff is not competent.
