Dr. Purinsh was supposed to fill 3 cavities. She did two extra dental fillings without my permission. Now, 2 of the teeth she worked on are infected. Her patient consultations were very poor and not detailed in any way. My treatment plan was not followed. She has not remedied any of the complications her work created and simply referred me to another dentist.
