Dr. Harrison is a very personable and professional practitioner. His staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. Prices are a bit high, but not totally our of line. My negative review stems from his promotion and use of the Cerec technology (originally from Philips) for in-office CNC porcelain crown machining. Over a 2 year period I had more than a half- dozen crowns and on-lays installed, replacing amalgam fillings that had begun to fail. All was well for the first couple of years and then one of the crowns failed catastrophically (on a business trip out of the country). Over the next 5 years, ALL of the Cerec emplacements have failed, the latest haven taken the tooth next to it out as well. This is a technology that is NOT ready for commercial use and should be avoided like the plague.
