Being treated by Dr. Corene Poelman is like spending a luxury weekend at the Ritz-Carlton. Well, almost. Nevertheless, the level of service, attention, and concern that Dr. Poelman and her staff exhibits is nothing short of extraordinary. The entire office showered me with care, empathy, and attention; I have never encountered that level of personalized service at any medical or dental facility before.
Dr. Poelman carefully and thoroughly explained the root canal procedure before the event and always described what she was doing or about to do during the actual root canal. (But I was too busy lounging lazily and enjoying the satellite TV on the ceiling.) Dr. Poelman even sent me a personalized letter thanking me for choosing her as my endodontist! She also hands a review/feedback form to each of her clients after the procedure or service.
Needless to say, the root canal was a total success and absolutely pain-free. Dr. Poelman's assistant, Karen, was equally fabulous and her entire staff (Janessa, Renee, et.al) is capable, intelligent, and supportive.
I found Dr. Poelman on Doctor Oogle and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. I have already recommended her to numerous friends and co-worker.
