dr. picard was aggressive in his approach in my opinion. he recommended bonding for my teeth and assured me that it would last for several years. it lasted a few months and then was a great irritation. he wanted me to bond half my mouth at a cost of thousands of dollars. my teeth are good, i had braces and only have 2 cavities. subsequent dentists have told me this guy was just out for money. dr. picard did this with a friend of mine shortly after as well. beware.
