I had a very bad experience being overcharged by this dentist. I had to involve my insurance company, and even Dental Board of CA because the dentist refused to issue a refund. Finally, after holding my money (almost $300) for 10 over months, they issued a refund and told me that they rely on patients to check the charges and find mistakes!!!But when I did, and I showed them exactly where the overcharges happened, they kept delaying and delaying the refund until the government got involved. If you are going to this dentist, make sure you know how to read your account statements, and compare them with your insurance EOBs to make sure you did not overpay. They seem to be very eager to overcharge and then wait for you to find the problem and force them to refund the money! Bad stuff.
