Last year, I had a custom bruxism guard made by Dr. Demerjian at TMJ Sleep Center in Burbank. I paid upwards of $1500 for this device. A year later, the hard plastic device no longer protects my teeth (and I suspect it never did) from my bruxism and I have been forced to go to CVS and buy a $50 plastic bruxism guard. In short, the $1500 bruxism guard DID NOT work. Save your money.
