Dr Hagerman was very upbeat and completely non-judmental given my "non-compliance" to good dental hygiene I needed a partial bridge and he did a great job setting me up for that and making necessary minor adjustments I'm a complete wimp re/ dentists and knew my teeth were in disrepair but he took me on and helped me get to a place where I could make a non-pressured decision regarding this bridge And......I am completely satisfied even delighted with the results He also did a couple of fillings and extractions (did I mention my mouth was a mess!) and that also went smoothly. Very simply, he has redeemed me from the throes of poor dental hygiene and got me back on track to taking care of oral business which I have done so far. So I think indeed , you can teach an old dog (I'm 64) new tricks. The skill of the "trainer" is paramount and Steven Hagerman is good at it. I'm thankful for his work

About Hygienist: Great hygienist. She let me know I was "non-compliant" in a very non-judgmental way and that I was among the 90% who were also "non-compliant". In a peculiar way, that was reassuring! She did good work
