Dr. Kinner took on my son with autism. He was the kindest gentleman to my child. He wrote this booklet that walks a child visually through the dental visit, which was wonderful. He also immediately recognized that my son would be comforted by a heavy x-ray vest; which worked almost miraculously. I asked if he used this technique for all children with autism, and he said no: he just knew what to look for. Dr. Kinner says he actually enjoys working with kids with special needs. Even if your child doesn't have special needs, Dr. Kinner is the most wonderful dentist.
