Dr. Jeffrey Solomon and his entire staff at Signature Smiles is first rate! My family and I have had the best experience here. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgable. They put me at ease and made my visit so comfortable. I was very nervous about trying out a new dentist, but I'm so glad I did. Dr. Solomon took the time to listen to my concerns and was genuinely concerned about my well being. He held my hand every step of the way. I will refer everyone I know to Signature Smiles. Dr. Solomon is the greatest! From the moment I made my first phone call, the receptionist was very warm and friendly. Just from the tone of her voice, I knew my experience would be an excellent one. When I arrived to the office, the front desk girl greeted me, smiled, shook my hand, and made me feel right at home! I've never had this sort of personal treatment at any office I've ever been to. It was like I stepped into a 5 star hotel! The customer service was just exceptional! The office was absolutley beautiful! Very clean, professional, modern, but yet comforting. They have big leather sofas in the reception area, a wonderful refreshment bar, and gorgeous scented candles. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. I know it sounds funny, but you have to check out the bathroom. It looks like it belongs in a 5 star hotel. Lush towels to dry your hands, wood mahogany walls, and beautifully scented air freshener. After I filled out some brief new patient registration forms, they escorted me back to my treatment room. The hygienist was very pleasant and gentle. She took her time with me, listened to my concerns, and gave me some great oral hygiene tips. Her cleaning was extremely gentle and meticulous. Dr. Solomon came was the best! He was a great listener and did not make me feel self concious about my mouth and smile. He discussed with me different options about my smile, and did not pressure me into anything. I did not feel like I was being sold like I did at my previous dentist. I wasn't about the money with Dr. Solomon, it was about my smile and giving me what I wanted. Signature Smiles is open late at night and on the weekends. It's so convenient to just come by after work. Now I don't have to take off work to see the dentist. As you can tell, my experience far exceeded my expectations, and I will tell everyone I know to go see Dr. Solomon at Signature Smiles! Great office! Great People! Great Dr.! Great Service! And Pain Free!!!!
