I have gone 4 times and each time my mouth has been in so much pain that I Have had to medicate. He says it's normal - I realized too late that it's not. I went Thursday for a cleaning and it's 5 days later and my gums still hurt and there is throbbing pain from where he dug around with a vibrating pick thing. I asked him multiple times to stop during the cleaning because my mouth hurt and he kept going. I will NEVER return again.
Also, one of my fillings from last year still gets floss shredded in it because it's not smooth at all:( Highly Disappointed - which is a bummer cause they are otherwise personable there
