The dental assistants are inexperienced. I have never been in so much pain during an x-ray as I was in this office. I am not sure what bite-wings she gave me, but they were not sized for a woman's mouth.
Expect that it will take 3 months to schedule a checkup. They will not do a cleaning at the same time as the checkup. It will take another 3 months to schedule the cleaning.
If you are not on their "roster," regardless of your actual coverage status, forget it - you will move away before they see you.
