I saw Dr. Leeward on short notice for a molar sensitive to cold. She told me she could give me a filling to alleviate that problem but that the tooth was in bad shape and I really needed a new crown. We decided not to do the filling and at the time i could not afford the crown (no insurance).
3 months later the tooth became infected over the weekend. Dr. Leeward called me back on Saturday evening and got me antibiotics and pain medication.
I didn't have any actual procedures there (other than xray) but I rate her very highly for her service attitude.
