The office and staff were very friendly and the doctor himself, though I saw little of him, was friendly and reassuring. He calls his patients the evening of surgery or day after to make sure you are doing well, which is a plus.
However, I made an appointment and when I got there they had no record of this. Luckily they could see me (I got my wisdom teeth taken out). Afterwards, my mom and I made an appt for me to come back as a followup and yet again when I came in for my appt they had no record of this appt being made and there was absolutely no staff there at all except for the receptionist. I don't understand how this has happened even once, let alone twice.
I would recommend them as long as they keep track of their appointments!!
