Nice place, nice people, made me feel at ease and comfortable. Kind of a laid back aproach to the work being done. I suppose it helps most people with the stress, I equated it to a lack of focus although I must admit the work turned out great. I've been there for almost 10 years so the combination of benifits was enough to keep me that long. I moved out of the area now and want to look around for a better deal, so to speak...
