Dr. Tarnow is an excellent Implantologist. He created the Implantology Dept. at NYU. He is a New York City doctor and is a bit expensive. His office is new with the most modern of equipment and is called NYCSD (New York Center for Specialized Dentistry). His office has moved to 150 East 58th St. Ste 3200. His office does fill out insurance forms. I pay by credit card. He has a staff of 7 other specialized dentists and hygenists. All dentists and front office employees are very friendly. The waiting room is large and has a TV.
