Neglected to pay attention to my mouth for years then asks why didn't we do this or that but also over diagnoses in other areas so he can charge enormous fees. I know at least 3 people this has happened to including me. They keep terrible records also, always mixing your records up with other people's records. Smith is in and out of the room...you can barely get an answer out of him because he's not paying attention. He is beyond arrogant. Oh and double check if he is actually in the office the day you plan to see him...I showed up for appointments at very inconvenient times because that was when he was supposed to be there...on arrival you find out he isn't actually in the office.
