Dr. Hartman performed 3 separate dental implant bone grafts on me a few years ago. The price was very reasonable, Dr. Hartman office carefully studied and spread the work throughout the years to ensure the coverage from insurance, which was not an easy task. Dr. Hartman informed me of very single steps during the surgery and watched my facial reactions carefully to ensure that I was not in pain or too uncomfortable with the needles....One time, due to the insurance misread the tooth # (20 instead of 28), they denied the payment on one graft, which was $640. Dr. Hartman calmly decided to "write it off". It was my determination to identify and clarify the mistake, the payment finally came almost 6 months later. I felt that I owed it to him for the service, which was excellent. The Staff are friendly (hello Linda), Due to my change of insurance, I am no longer Dr. Hartman's patient, but he is always my favorite dentist. Thank you Dr. Hartman and the crew.
