I was incompetantly referred to Dr. Mathys's office by my dentist, and was extremely put off by the doctor's "bedside manner". He made inappropriate comments about other people still having to look at me during the duration of the treatments, which took several months. He talked A LOT and did not pay attention when he would sedate me, spraying anaesthesia across my face and shooting anaesthesia across the room when he pulled the needle out! His staff is incredibly incompetant, and I had an extremely difficult time obtaining an explanation of charges and services rendered. Insurance was not correctly billed, and the office tried to charge for services that were not yet rendered. Dr. Mathys's office contributed to the worst dental experience of my life!
