Had to have gum surgery on upper right. VERY traumatic to me to (1) have my mouth open sometimes widely for just over 2 hours (2) Dr had to leave for other patient situations a couple of times so anesthesia wore off and had to get more injected to the worn off sections (3) He thanked ME for coming in to follow up and getting this done for the health of my teeth ( no DR ever does THAT) - outstanding! This dentist asked me frequently if I felt any pain and if I was OK. I was emotionally exhausted by the end of it...I know I *needed* it but I had some pain at the end of it and after a long day he was a true Pro & called me to see how I was and giving me post instructions on how to maintain my comfortability. He made it known he was available if I needed to call because of pain or discomfort and his staff was the best of the best!

About Front Desk: Lynn is hands-down one of the most connected & empathetic office personnel I have ever met! She came back to check on me, knew this was a big deal to me & I was nervous. Her & hygienist Jessica both showed compassion & looked out for me the entire time. I've never had a more unpleasant but pleasant visit to dentist because of them and this dentist. They give hugs!! They care about your comfort level. That's special!!

About Hygienist: She was the most comforting and best I have been had experienced with.. Showed true empathy during my pain!
