Appt on Aug. 20th with Dr. C to get a spacer put in my 6 yr old(a molar pulled 7/31/12 by non-network DDS) When we arrived, we were told that Dr. C couldn't evaluate our son..she couldn't use her arm. Instead ,a nice retired DDS took a look & xrays. We were told to come back to see Dr. C when she COULD work which was on Oct 8th. That day they took an impression of the spacer area. The asst. told me to return in a mth and they would have the spacer back from the lab & they would also put a crown on one of my son's teeth. Returned on nov 5th, they said they had to fill his cavity and put the crown in first. The asst. came out after an hour & 40 min. to tell me he had a lot of work done so maybe we should have the spacer put in at his next appt. I insisted that the spacer be put in since that is why I originally came to their office. After 1/2 hr, the asst. came out to tell me the spacer didn't fit & his teeth must have shifted in 1mth. I made them take another impress. that day, asst. said it would be ready Nov 21st. On Nov 21st, I insisted to go back with my son, the ASST. tried to place spacer for over 1 hr. Dr. C came in to look a few times. Asst. finally gave up & said another impress was needed but to make another appt!

About Front Desk: Receptionist was very nice. The assistant/office mgr. had a bit of an attitude but perhaps she could tell that I wasn't happy with the service I was getting. After seeing what was going on Nov 21st, I felt that the assistant was doing all the work and not the dentist. Anyways, I was able to get another dentist to put in the spacer within one appt. He doesn't send them out to the lab, he makes them as the patient is seating in the chair!

I know this doctor: 3+ months
