Dr. Koh and her staff are excellent with their young patients. My son's first visit was for an emergency when he was small. The experience outcome was so positive, at 15 years old he is still a patient. He has not ever expressed anxiety nor relunctance to go to his appointments and there have never been tears. Dr. Koh's office make appt. reminder calls several days ahead of the appointment. They are knowledgeable and promptly file with my insurance and send me a bill for my portion of the financial responsibility. My phone calls are promptly returned. The offices are clean and kid friendly. The staff does an excellent job and take gentle and professional care of their young patients. I moved further from their office but never considered switching dentists because they give such excellent care to my son.
