Our family has used Dr. Chinn and his staff for over 11 years. We have found Dr. Chinn to be very pleasant and professional, and his staff very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist and office manager...great gals! My oldest is now nearly 12 and my youngest is 3. The reception area is very clean and up to date with toys and a tv to entertain the kids while you wait. A good selection of periodicals for adults and children alike. Very fun oceanic theme throughout the office. My only complaint is there can be a wait, although it seems to be more of a problem when I have my restless 3yr old in tow, so I don't know if they overbook or if patients run into complications etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chinn and his staff.
