Dr. Samuels was rude and unfriendly. She walked in, took a look at my 9 year old's pictures and actually laughed and said, "looks like somebody needs me, huh?!"
She then asked my daughter what she disliked most about her teeth and when my daughter said it was the discoloration, Dr. Samuels coldly said, "well i can't do anything about that you know."
She was just so shockingly rude that we went elsewhere.
