He has very bad bedside manner, particularly with younger & more anxious/stressed/dramatic children. Deals extremely well with calm kids, though! Has no patience with those expressing distress, either kids or parents.
Office staff is phenomenal, though, and go the extra step to make things easy.
Whole office is very by the book, which can be very off-putting. Did come highly recommended by our regular dentist, though.
