Dr. Nikaeen likes to bargain in terms of prices, it lessens her professionalism, otherwise she's an acceptable Orthodontist (skill-wise).
Her treatment coordinator is difficult to deal with once you sign a contract that it feels like such a shady routine. Since you have to deal with her alot, I don't recommend her office.
