I am disappointed with Dr. Gary Baum's treatment of my younger child, who has been going to him for several years now and whose teeth look no better -- and in fact, possibly worse -- than when we started. Moreover, I find Dr. Baum to be extremely unpleasant to deal with. He is arrogant and condescending and dislikes answering questions, which I find irritating and unprofessional. Though his staff is lovely, I would avoid Gary Baum at all costs. There are just too many other good orthodontists in this city to have to deal with this.
