Very gruf, short, rushed, seemed agrivated..THEY scheduled exam and surgery being accomidating (kid home from college over holiday break) then he declined to do the surgery they scheduled and, we planned on for two months, unless my son wasn't put under, over a 15min error in their scheduling or he could be put under for procedure next time he was home as long as it was within six months or we had to start all over, too complicated.. He may be a good surgeon (we needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted) but we didn't return to find out. Requested our records and went elsewhere.

About Front Desk: Front desk was curt but efficient., a nurse in the back, older brunette lady was so kind and lovely, wanted to be accommodating, and seemed to be chastised for it by dr and front desk, maybe we just caught them on a bad day??? They should not air their office procedure arguments in front of patients, makes them feel awkward and uncomfortable.

I had a very painful back Molar extraction on Tuesday May 15th on a 2 hour notice (very impressed). Their facilities were excelletn - appeared brand new. Dr Larcher's staff is very courteous and friendly. They handled my credit concerns as we don't have insurance anymore. The exam, exray and extraction all went better than I expected. I would tottally recommend Dr Larcher and his team.

He extracted 4 of our daughter's wisdom teeth, two were impacted and ended up needing bone removed to extract them. Upon coming out of surgery when we asked what procedure was needed, as he had stated in our initial interview there might need to be either this or that, he would only answer, she's fine. Even when asked a direct question, he would only answer she's fine and rushed back down the hall; our questions unanswered. We did not received a call that evening, even knowing that she would probably have issues with the pain meds, as we discussed with him at the initial interview. When we called the office the day after surgery, their response was if she's having a reaction to one pain med, she'll have a reaction to any, so just give her Advil, but no dosage was suggested to us. We could not control the pain the 2nd day, so we called our referring dentist, who was out of town, and then our pediatrician, who helped with anti-inflammatories and pain meds, in cooperation with our dentist, they created a plan to help her manage the pain.

I had a bad wisdom tooth that was in dire need of extraction. I looked up every posible resource available to get a surgury done, that wouldn't require me to bust open my piggy bank. The overall proceedure went smoothly. I was in and out in the matter of 30 - 45 min. Of course, the pain factor was extreme because I had a wisdom tooth that was horizontal inside of the gum. The cost was rather fair. I used a form of medical assistance that I wasn't sure would work but indeed it did. During the operation though, i was very nervous and squinty. So, i flinched and notified I was in pain occoasionally which resulted in a slight stress level increase I felt from Mr. Larcher. Once through the hard part though everything was fine. After the surgury, I was given the nessisary tools to keep the new wound clean and a very nessisary prescription.

My 3 kids all had oral surgery by Dr. Larcher - he was awesome! They had no significant bruising, swelling, or pain. A great experience.
