I was thrilled with the care I received from Dr. Day and his staff. Dr. Day was professional, confident, caring and answered every question I had before and after my surgery. I couldn't be happier with the end result. For the first time in over 20 years, I have a decent bite. I have and will continue to refer my friends in need to Dr. Day.

About Front Desk: Kim worked with our insurance company until they agreed to pay for my surgery (it wasn't covered under my particular diagnosis but she hounded them until they covered it). Our reimbursement check is MUCH more than we thought we would be reimbursed thanks to Kim's tenacity.

I can't possibly say what a HORRIBLE doctor he is with 1200 words or less. See other sites for my full review. He is only out for the money! He does not take insurance and treats his patients like trash. He thinks he is GOD and he is SOOOO NOT! I had several surgeries at once with him. My joint anchors have broken off shortly after the surgery and my chin and bottom lip are still completely numb permanently. I went back for him to check his mistake and he charged me a full consult fee with was like $300.00. Oh, he would try to fix it if I paid him all over again. Seriously!!!! I live in pain everyday now because of Dr. Day's botched work. Only now, I am thousands of dollars in debt too! He is an egotistical, uncaring, greedy person. He should not even be allowed to call himself a doctor. If you want to pay someone thousands of dollars to make your face permanently numb and have broken anchors in your joints then by all means go to Dr. Reed Day! I would not go back to Dr. Day if he was the last doctor on the planet. It's too late now but if I had been thinking I should have sued the $%^& out of him for what he did to me. His time is coming...if it hasn't already. Go to ANYONE else!!!!!!

About Front Desk: His office staff is just as bad as he is. Every single one of them are rude, uncaring, unprofessional, &*^%$#@!!!! He must put them through a special training cause they are all awful! For paying thousands of dollars out of pocket you should get treated like gold from EVERYONE!!!!

Dr. Day did an implant for me. Although it eventually healed, it was not placed in the middle of the space available and it was inserted at an angle, thus making the crown restoration difficult. This restoration has had to be redone five times over the course of five months because of food entrapment and gum inflammation in the large space in front of the implant , and for other reasons not related to the surgery. I may have to lose the crown because of this discomfort. I'm not sure how much the fault lies in the placement of the implant or in the restoration or both. Also, Dr. Day is not pleasant when things go wrong. I needed extra antibiotics after the surgery, and he seemed to resent the possibility of his surgery going wrong.

Dr. Day did orthagnathic surgery on my daughter's lower jaw 2 summers ago. He also placed a plate in her chin to lengthen her jaw which he suggested for asthetic reasons while he was already doing the needed surgery. After surgery the nurses all said that Dr. Day's patients do so much better and have less problems and swelling than any others that they see. He is very experienced and did a wonderful job. She has a successful outcome and we have no complaints about Dr. Day.

Dr. Day and his staff are wonderful! Repaired a fractured jaw a few years ago, so when it came to orthognathic surgery he the only one I would trust. Great work.

Dr Reed H Day is a skilled, experienced, personable, caring, intelligent and empathetic professional. He performed surgery for an impacted tooth in 2001 and extracted a molar in 2008. Both experiences were virtually painless with a successful outcome. His office is top of the line. His staff is friendly and competent. He is a superb practitioner. I would have no other oral surgeon in the Phoenix area do this type of work. Thank you Dr Day. Rev David Lindblad

Dr. Day is the only TMJ specialist who offered an effective treatment for my painful and misdiagnosed missing disc case from a 1997 accident. He performed a disc replacement for me in dec of 2001 and I was virtually healed from a tmj-joint perspective until my really bad July 2006 car accident, which unfortunately led to the disc being blown out and my joint broke in multiple places. But, now that I am back with Dr. Day, I feel confident and assured that my new joint replacement surgery soon to be scheduled will be a success. This man is wonderful, confident and extemely professional!

Dr. Day did an extraction and he was wonderful! The whole process only took about 15 min. He numbed my tooth and pulled it without any pain at ALL!
