Dr. Greenspan was instrumental in treating me for hpv after i had radiation therapy for the hpv orally. There is no plan for someone with radiation compromised papillomas, the staff in her office is extremely nice and helpful, it was a pleasant experience overall. Dr. Greenspan is very knowledgable in her field with oral complications of HPV.

Dr. Greenspan was very informative and very knowledgable about HPV/oral papillomas and the treatment of them, she has been following the effects of HAART & HART therapy associated with HIV and oral papillomas, I have been through many treatments for oral papillomas, excision, laser and CO2 laser therapy, cryotherapy and radiation therapy prior to finding Dr. Greenspan she has been the only one that I have found that has been able to speak with any knowledge and the best treatments for the papillomas and HPV. I have been to many doctors, MD, dermatologist, radiation oncologist, standard oncologist and she is the only one who can speak with any history from the beginning of the HIV/AIDS epedemic. I highly recommend her and her office at UCSF Medical Center, I had been told by doctors and such that there was nothing else that they could do, until I found her I had totally given up on finding any type of treatment that would work. I am a new patient of hers as of October of 2004 and I already feel and see a difference in my outlook and her treatments with me and for me. I can be contacted at JSLINSD@aol.com regarding any questions in severity and treatments I have received for the oral papillomas/HPV and squameous cell carcinoma.
