I have ben going to see Dr. Macks for about 6 years now, and I would not go anywhere else! The experience is great from the moment you walk in. The treatment itself is fast, precise and most importantly, pain free. I love this office!

About Hygienist: My hygenist is Tawni, and she is to notch! She is caring, funny and efficient. I've never had a hygenist clean my teeth as fast as she had, and not make me bleed or hurt the next day. My entire family sees her, and love her! She is amazing with children too!

I have been a patient for two years and am extremely happy with the care that I receive. They make the whole experience comfortable from the minute you walk up to the door past the waterfall(the water calms me),to the friendly staff. I highly recommend them to my friends. The care is personal, gentle and you feel like they are really focused on your care.

About Hygienist: Tawni is the best! She is so gentle and easy to be around. It takes away any anxiety. She is my favorite hygienist I have been to in the past 40 years. My teeth feel so clean.

I have been going to Dr. Macks' office since I can remember (over 10 years!). The staff is friendly and professional. The environment/location is very nice and clean. Even when I moved to a different city, I make the drive back to Dr. Macks. Tawni is the best!

The nicest and most competent staff I have ever met, having dentophobia, for the first time in my life actually enjoy going to the dentist, they never stress me out, and the level of quality is superb. Also they’re advanced technology makes getting crowns fast easy and a blast. From the first appointment I realize that Allen doesn’t work for money, but for your wellbeing, because he never made the emphasis on the cost and payment of certain procedures, and offered affordable, flexible payment plan, with discount, willing to work with my special circumstances :) I LOVE THAT GUY!!!

About Hygienist: Amazing hygenists,worked there for many years (10+) didnt feel a thing .

Dr. Macks is the best if you like compassion and painless. He is a great person too. i changed up one time because dr. macks is a bit expensive, BUT will never try that again because the care and painless dental care are well worth the extra few dollars.

About Hygienist: Love his hygenist too. Very good and very friendly!

My family say Dr Macks for several years and were happy with his care until my daughtor had oral surgery and we were told that we would have to pay an additional fee to have her stitches removed. Stitches that were put in by Dr Macks office. I then had a filling break a few months later, a filling that Dr Mack had put in only a couple of years before. He had removed an existing filling that I had no problem with and put in a new one that he told me I would never have to pay for again. When it broke I was told that he would not replace it without paying again. He is no longer our dentist and I would not send anyone to him unless they had so much money that they don't know what to do with it and do not mind paying for things several times.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alan Macks for 12 years now. He's a wonderful dentist and very sincere. He's awesome with children and always puts his patients first.
