Dr. Randel and his staff are very professional yet friendly. Their care is fabulous. The schedule is followed carefully at his office showing respect for my time. All scheduling, insurance, and billing has been handled without incident - a rarity these days.
Although Dr. Randel did not do my implant, he did remove the bad tooth, and took care of the abutment and crown afterward. Since he took care of these, the overal cost was lowered tremendously.
The new office is architectually beautiful, has the latest in technology, and an uncluttered atmosphere.
