Pain incredible, Treats patients as psychos, sub standard work, all work had to be redone, arrogant, dismissive, poor ability to communicate, impatient, hostile, abrupt, treats all patients as psych disorders which enters into dental record. Beware!!! Does work occasionally, it like having a head of business school running your corporation. Do you want someone without day to day work? Instills fear into his patients just the opposite that they said. Go no Run somewhere else.

could very much improve on * procedure * customer service * chair-side manners. Patients should not leave the office feeling worse than they went in.
