I've seen Dr. Mc Intyre and a few of the associate doctors at her clinic in Wallingford for twenty years. I've always received attentive and professional care. I've appreciated the extra concern the staff shows for my limited jaw opening--and their care not to hurt me!! They are great.

My veneers are so real, my regular dentist thought they were my real teeth UNDER THE LIGHT! Dr. McIntyre's work is world class. My veneers so drastically changed my appearance yet it didn't give me a "chicklet" smile. People thought I cut my hair, lost weight, went on vacation (tan), etc. I am a chronic teeth grinder and I still have these amazing new teeth after 3 years. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. McIntyre with your most difficult assignment. Heck...she even works on Dave Matthews!

Dr. McIntyre is very experienced -- I think she has taught dentistry at the U. She is very talented with complicated procedures and did several crowns for me. And she is friendly and approachable. My only complaint is the high cost of services and the feeling that I had things recommended to me that may not have been strictly necessary. For example, she suggested repacing older fillings with a new material even though she didn't say there were any signs that the old ones were failing.

I called to verify pricing because at the time I was out of work. The receptionists put me on hold and then cam back to state that the cost would be around one hundred dollars. Upon arrival I explained that my old dentist has all my records and that they could be obtained including X-rays. During our initial meeting it was explained that they were going to do my X-Rays. I explained again that my old dentist did have them already. I was told no that this was part of what they always do and they needed their own x-rays not x-rays from another dentist. They assured me that this was part of the normal first meeting. Upon leaving that day I was asked to pay $270!!! I stated to the receptionist that there must be a mistake and she said no. I then walked back to where Dianne was and explained the situation... she simply shrugged and said it's out of my hands. I offered to pay half of what they wanted, which was still much more almost double what they originally quoted to get me lured in, they still said no. This doctor did little to nothing and the whole or should I say HOLE experience sucked. I definitely would never ever go there but I might recommend them to my worst enemy.
