I was told I has a cavity for the first time in my life by Dr. Thomas. Was told it would be a quick simple procedure. I had pain for weeks afterwards. After several visits back to adjust the filling, i was told maybe a crown would be the answer to my prayers. Which then turned into a root canal. I am now out of pain, some $$$ later. Nonetheless, I don't know if I will be returning.

I have always enjoyed going to his office however every time he does a composite filling I have pain for weeks. This time my insurance had changed and when I gave them my new card they didn't bother to tell me that they were not preferred providers; this left me with a 40% co-insurance instead of only 20% and my tooth wasn't hurting before he replaced the filling but now it is the worst pain I have ever had. Not a success and will now need to find a preferred dentist who can fix it. Not happy.

I became a patient of Dr. Thomas's when he bought the practice from my retiring dentist.I arrived to an appointment (Kirkland office) where I was to have an existing crown replaced and once I was seated, bib in place, the assistant who has a heavy accent told me that someone (couldn't understand) would be over to to something (couldn't understand). I asked her to repeat it and again didn't understand. So as not to appear rude by asking her to repeat herself again, I simply figured I'd know soon enough when whoever showed up to do whatever. To make a very long and very upsetting story short. The who was Dr. T's sister who had just days earlier graduated from dental school. This information was not offered to me at the time btw. I was presented to her so that she could gain some practical experience...at my expense and without my permission. What followed was the worst experience I've ever had at any medical appointment, and at no time did Dr. T step in to take over. I now have sensitivity with that tooth. When Dr. T was made aware that I was upset about the treatment I received, he had his office manager call to tell me essentially, too bad. Everyone makes mistakes. Dr. T needs to accept accountability for his.

Dr. Thomas & his staff are just wonderful. I would recommend him to all my family & friends.

Dr. Thomas is the best dentist I have ever visited! I did not know going to the dentist could be such a great experiance.
