Very professional and caring. Answered all of my questions clearly and gave advice without being pushy or forcing me to spend more money. I've had cleanings, fillings, and sealants done here. He makes sure you're comfortable and does a good job so you don't have to elongate the process.

About Front Desk: Very friendly and funny. She helped me find a way of paying that was doable for me. She made scheduling really easy and was patient with me even though I was a little bit late. Great talking to Liz.

Dr. Haddow and his staff are wonderful. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and affordable. The office personnel and the doctor work well together to give me the best treatment. The receptionist is extremely kind and is always willing to work with me to set appointments and to help me pay my bill. Kudos to all in the office!!!!

check-ups, fillings, crowns - I hated going to the dentist until I went to Dr. Haddow. He's simply the best - gentle, caring, efficient, and painless. He explains everything he's doing so my imagination can't run wild. My insurance company has never balked at procedures or cost. The staff follows his lead; they are wonderful, too! Dr. Haddow also saw my 89 year old mother and she loved him as well. Referred to him as "that nice young dentist who fixed my teeth." Can't say enough good things about Dr. Haddow, his practice, and his staff.

Pros: Dr. Ross Haddow, DDS, is a wonderful dentist, and is very kind, thoughtful, and thorough. His staff are incredible as well. He also recognized I had a sensitivity to epinephrine where other dentists did not and switched my medication accordingly. I want to forewarn you, however, that the front desk receptionist is a battle-ax, and you will only know the true excellence of these people if you can get past her arrogant, egotistical personality. She has been this way as long as I have gone to them and will never leave, or change. People that I know, as well as myself, also have had several unprofessional disputes with her over procedures, insurance, and billing. For example, she sent me to United Collections for a still disputed bill that I had insurance coverage for long before my son was born, and refused to schedule my infant son for an appointment because of this past bill even though the baby is covered by the father's insurance, not mine. Her reasoning and excuses were not sound and I felt that this was pretty cold. Cons: They are a bit expensive, and none of my insurance providers have ever fully covered their procedures. Their office is also very old-school and has an "old building" odor.

WOW WHAT A NICE GUY AND STAFF!! it is a very easy going relaxed atmosphere. they could joke with you, put you at ease, then do great work. I found him through a friend, that is how he gets his pts. I've told co workers about him and they're pleased too. I don't mind giving his name out because I know he is sincere, knowledgable, and detail or. We're glad he's not going to retire for a while! About Hygienist: he does his own- I thought it was odd at first but then I realized he spent more time the the hygienist at my old office and it felt like he got everywhere!
