Dr. Yong is the best dentist in every sense of the profession and my family and I cannot rave enough about this physician! Technically strong, experienced, knowledgeable and caring at the same time!!! Her staff reflect her professionalism and caring attitude and it's such a positive and warm environment as soon as you walk in the door! On top of all this Dr. Yong's staff is always working on the best plan and savings for me and my family. We have been going to Dr. Yong for > 16 years for an EXCELLENT reason!!!
About Front Desk: Dr. Yong's front desk staff is always cheerful, helpful and patient which reflects the office culture. They always go out of their way to get us in, calling us right back and get the maximum from our insurance so we pay the least amount possible. What more could we ask for?!
About Hygienist: Dr. Yong's dental hygienist is professional, detailed and thorough yet always takes care not to hurt us by checking with us constantly.

I love Dr. Yong and her staff. they always make me feel welcomed and relaxed. I have never had a problem with billing or care. I would encourage everyone to receive their care here! Jodean from Edmonds

Dr. Yong has been my family's dentist since 2000 when we moved here. I have had a fear of dentists most of my life. Dr. Yong uses the latest proven technology and is very up front about my dental condition. I hate the shots and she makes it so I really very little pinch. Her staff is very nice.

I've been a patient of Dr Yong's since the early 90's; obviously, I'm happy with the services provided. She and her staff are always friendly and upbeat, yet have a sense of humor. For example, several years ago I needed 5 fillings replaced at once and chose to do it all in one appointment. About halfway through, she asked if I needed to go to the bathroom. On returning, I lisped, "If my purse hadn't been in here, I would've made a break for the front door!" and she laughed. All kidding aside, they are concerned about one's dental health without being annoyingly preachy about it, and seem to be up-to-date technologically. Once I didn't get numb properly and she patiently gave me another shot and waited till I numbed up (she said I have an aberrant nerve there). In the past, dentists would get somewhat annoyed and acted like I couldn't possibly be having pain....Great dentist!
