They do false advertising on their website. They charge for the exams and x-rays. They will always bill the insurance which causes co-pays, uses part of your yearly allowance, and in the long run drives up rates. They will not do the work scheduled but continuously drag out appointments and return visits. I found them by needing a broken tooth repaired. They did get me in the next day to do the repair. I was at first impressed and scheduled my kids to go there. Since then I've received my statements and seen all the extra billings. The kids had check ups then had to schedule later for cavities to be filled. One was 2 weeks out and the other was over a month out. Then when I returned for the 2nd appt that I waited over a month for they didn't even do half the work and said they needed another appt to finish filling the cavities. That was going to be another month away. When I started to express the displeasure I got a VERY snotty reply that they accommodated my emergency on my 1st visit. AS IF I should be grateful she did the JOB her BOSS hired her to do. The fake friendly service is just a fake. Free exams & xrays are also a lie. I will never refer this dentist to anyone.

I'm currently in braces with Dr. Kessler at 22 years old. I also had a root canal and four fillings (on upper and lower molars) post braces and had little to no pain. I was terrified of dentists due to a bad childhood experience but Dr. Kessler is amazing and the staff is wonderful! I dread moving and finding another dentist/orthodontist!

I am doing Invisalign with Dr. Kessler and I've been a patient of his for 2 1/2 years now. He is so wonderful about pain management during procedures. He is also great about very carefully explaining procedures and showing lots of pictures. He is a very relaxing and anxiety-reducing dentist. His office staff, especially Brandy, are also wonderful. They are very friendly and comforting, and they go the extra mile to make sure you understand your treatment. They are fabulous!
