Fantastic, as always. Dr. Adams is very intelligent, very skilled, and very kind. We chat the entire time about our lives and she informs me, in detail, about the state of my teeth. Being a single doctor practice makes a huge difference--you will always see Dr. Adams. No pain, very clean, good price, good location. I am confident in the health of my teeth because of her.

Dr. Adams has a wonderful dental office, great staff. I always look forward to going to have my dental work done. They are very kind and caring. My teeth look great.

At first seemed courteous and kind, however I was assured that even though they do not directly take insurance they would file the claim for me and that usually insurance will take care of most of it. For a regular check-up and x-rays the cost was near $400 which I had to pay up-front. I had no idea of prices since this was my first time ever paying for my own medical bills so I thought this was normal. Come 2 months later and I still had not received my insurance check, I end up calling the insurance company and they say that my check had been mailed to my dentist. Dr. Adams held onto my check and DID NOT notify me that I had received my insurance claim, which by the way only covered $180 of the charges. I had been going to Dr. Adams from 2001-2007 (this occurrence was at the end of 2010) and was actually a neighbor of hers and NEVER thought she would take advantage of a young person, and repeat customer, who did not realize that her office was "out of network" or understand exactly what that meant (I admit that is my fault for not realizing this/finding an "in-network" dentist). I eventually found an found an "in-network" dentist which my insurance covers at 100%. Never again will I pay outrageous dental bills from this fake.
About Hygienist: Facilities are average, still uses old x-rays, spent more time waiting than with doctor, held onto MY insurance check and didn't notify me, very expensive comparatively (i know now..) to other dentists and she wasn't anything special (i've had 4 dentists in my lifetime) compared to any other dentist and I would say she's about average if that.

She is very gentle and efficient. She always cheerful and cares about how comfortable you are as a pt.

Dr. Adams is a superb dentist with a wonderful professional and person manner--great attention to the small things. You feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Staff are efficient and courteous.

Wonderful dentist...very professional, attentive. Excellent rapport with patients. Other than routine maintenance, she fixed a broken tooth...no problems and working fine for several years now.
