Dr. Shea is a wonderful dentist. I've been going to him for 16 years, and he's always attentive, caring, and professional. I have complete confidence in him.

Dr. Shea is the great! I will never go to anyone else. I was afraid to visit a dentis for a very long time, when I found Dr. Shae I told him about my fear of pain! He was kind and considerate. I have NEVER had a problem with any of his work! The office staff is wonderful!

Dr. Shea and his staff are always the most pleasant, friendly people around. Everyone in the office has a great sense of humor, and although I only go in once every 6 months, we always manage to pick up our conversations right where we left off last time. Besides the good-naturedness of Dr. Shea and his staff, the level of care is top notch; I always leave feeling sparkling clean!

I love Dr. Shea and his staff. I had a very complicated dental implant of a front tooth. He did everything possible to ensure that it looks fantastic. My gums and new front tooth look so real. it's amazing. I couldn't have asked for more.

Dr. Shea and staff are WONDERFUL! I have only had to have cleanings and check-ups with them (knock on wood) but my husband has had extensive work done (inc multiple crowns, emergency root canal, front tooth veneers...) and we are both VERY happy with the care we have received. Dr. Shea will work with your insurance get the maximum amount covered - which saved my husband hundreds of $$! Plus, Dr. Shea's staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered... I actually look forward to going to the dentist... now that is really saying something.

Dr. Shea has replaced old metal fillings with much nicer ones for both cosmetic, but also structural improvements. He and his staff are friendly and competent. My insurance is always handled efficiently. Regular teeth cleaning and checkups are well performed and relatively enjoyable (if such things can be). The Doctor works with me to plan and predict upcoming work based on his careful monitoring of issues with my teeth and gums. The Doctor was helpful in recommending me to a Periodontist for gum work -- which was highly successful. He could have simply performed a routine crown, but recognized that the longer term issue needed to be dealt with at that time.

Doc Shea and his wonderful Assistant, Denise made my fears go away on their own. They were very real with me about my extreme anxieties and did not laugh them off or downplay them. The fact that they are so serious about my comfort has changed how I feel about the dental experience. I feel I can be honest with them. I've always been comfortable in the chair even during a crown! All prices are very fair, the place is immaculate, everyone is courteous and supremely caring and professional, not to mention efficient. I finally like going to the dentist! A complete change in my life. I can listen to music, watch videos or just relax and read. Everyone is so friendly that its easy to feel welcome at each visit. The rooms are big enough with huge windows. They do everything they can to make patients feel cared for, comfortable and confident. What more could one want? Even the hygenist was so gentle I never even tensed up. I hope Doc Shea never retires. ;D

I was a patient of Dr. Shae's for more than 5 years. He never performed a procedure that wasn't indicated. I have cleaning condcuted twice a year, had two cracked teeth - that he capped only one - advising me to watch the other tooth and see a dds if I began to have any discomfort. He could have easliy charged me another small fortune for a cap but he didn't find it necessary - very professional and ethical conduct. It's been 3 years since the tooth was cracked and to this day have no problem. Shae's office manager Denise is superb.

Shea is the best dentist in the area and his practice is like a family operation from stem to stern. Not only does he do superior work but they've always worked with me on payments, especially through tough times. Most of all, he's great for those who are nervous about dental work as he's bright and funny and very kind. They don't call him "Painless Bill" for nothing.

I had a very negative experience with this dentist. I went for a routine visit, came out w/ multiple fillings and a crown dx. That on itself would not be a problem, but each time I returned for a filling, there seemed to be additional items added to the tally. When I asked why additional procedures were being added to the original Dx, Dr. Shea said that "he took another look at the X-rays" after my first visit. Since I had called a week after my first visit to confirm the procedures, this seemed unlikely. Tried to justify by illustrating on the camera what the problem was, as if I, a patient, know a good X-ray or tooth from bad one. I finally got a second opinion who saw no problem with the teeth Dr. Shea said required fillings. Further, the second dentist said that in no way would I need a crown at this point. The "cracks" Shea saw as justifying a crown were, according to the second dentist, "perfectly normal," something everyone has.
