His receptionist booked me for 3 appointments at one time but only gave me 2 dates. Prior to this she normally given me 2 dates at a time. When they called me about 1 missed appointment I wasn't aware of they insist on charging me $25. I had the appointment card as proof. So I asked to talk to the Dr Becker and he was absolutely rude and disrespectful about my insurance plan and he did not feel it was worth discussing.He insisted on charging me the $25 fee and discontinue my service with him.

Dr. Becker is amazing! He will chat with you while doing your work, and if you have to bring a child to his office, he will make it fun for them. He has great stories to share. His hospitality and customer service is outstanding. I am in the process of going back to him at this point, after an unsatisfactory visit with a different dentist who was just trying to rope me in and get any money out of me. I highly recommend him!! He has a great deal of experience in his area.

Dr. Becker says that he honors the Careington 500 dental plan's prices but he doesn't. He just uses it as a way to get customer referrals. You will not get charged what the fee schedule says, be prepared to get ripped off. Also the receptionist was very rude and hung up on me because I wanted to know why I wasn't being charged the prices that the doctor had agreed to. Remember, the internet is a powerful tool for spreading the word.

Not empathetic nor providing a good environment go at your risk office staff needs an immediate customer service training.

went to dr. becker with toothache, scheduled promptly. wait not long. dr. becker was very kind and gentle which is a rare combination nowadays. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY TO EVERYONE looking for a caring competent dentist.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Becker! He is the only dentist that has never hurt me and the only one I trust, Dr Becker has always made me feel comfortable and is very compassionate, unfortunately I can't say the same for his staff. Donna has always been very kind and understanding; Sherry on the other hand really needs to take lessons, she comes across threatening when breaking down prices and demanding payment. I really wish she would put herself in the patients shoes when I walk through the door I am riddled with fear and anxiety and Sherry adds to it. Sherry this new year I pray you will learn compassion and think about the less fortunate!
