I've been going to Dr. Vann for over 15 years. Dr. Vann always puts the patient's dental and overall health above all else. She's a perfectionist who will make sure you are well informed and satisfied with all procedures. She performs all of the work herself, from cleanings to restorations. She stays current with the latest technology as well. There is a reason she highly regarded by her peers.

I went to the dentist based on a friend. She saw me for maybes/a 10 minutes. Decided it was not a good fit and she insisted on charging me $50 for what she claimed was an emergency exam. I tried to fight it but she I insisted I pay the money to her. Be careful as she does not seem fair.

Bad experience with this doctor. I felt scammed! she offered to treat my painful TMJ. the treatment was so expensive. and cause me more pain. I"will regret every day of my life, been seen that doctor. I stop the treatment because she wanted to contact me with other clients to assure me that the treatment worked, when I came to complain about the pain. at that time I paid her almost $10thousand.

About Front Desk: 1. She had no staff, she and her husband was her assistance

I should have listened to the reviews. Her only goal is to make as much money as possible no matter if damage is done in the process, which it was. She has no business being in business. I do not recommend her!

Don't go to this dentist. She'll take your money and cause irreversible structural damage. She uses appliances and orthodontics when she should not be using these techniques. She is neither a TMJ expert nor an orthodontist, but she portrays herself as both of those.

She causes irreversible damage. She is not a specialist, although she claims to be. She is just a regular dentist but performs treatments she absolutely should not be doing.

Avoid this dentist and notice that she does not have really current reviews. She is very dishonest, and is only interested in how much money she can get from you. She portrays herself as an orthodontist, but she is not. She practices orthodontics and orthopedic movement but only has a general dental degree. She causes increased damage.

Dr. Vann may be ok for routine dental work. But, she depicts herself as an expert in TMJ with significant experience. Her fees are exhorbitant. Her staff constantly changes and is incompetent. Her treatment worsened my TMJ, caused me great pain, suffering and debility. It has taken me two years and an additional $20000 to recover her "treatment" which I had to discontinue before she did even more damage. She follows a rote but very aggressive protocol for TMJ, but if any of it requires judgment, she becomes paralyzed and cannot find a solution. While she claims to care about her patients, her time off is more important to her than their care and discomfort and she thinks nothing of letting a patient in pain wait for days to weeks to be seen. Lastly, if her treatment does not work, somehow this becomes the fault of the patient who has paid huge sums, been completely compliant and suffered terribly.
