excellent practice. willing to work with payments for non insurance covered cosmetic. I paid some, 20%, received my Snapon brand upper teeth covering, and have some product issues which the developer(snapon) is willing to cover, and am still making good payments while waiting for new product to arrive. Good product in new introduction stage, better get this before they figure out they can charge 2-3 times more folks. Best answer to expensive implants/whitener/braces/caps/etc.

About Hygienist: Cannot remember her name, bbut she was wonderful, professional, and I was NOT an easy customer. I had not had a cleaning in ten years!!! NO PAIN. ....did I mention no pain???

While not the cheapest in the area, they've always worked with my various insurance plans. For the most part, if you are in pain, they will get you in right away. Other dentists in practice are very nice as well.

I am in the process of getting immediate dentures. It has taken me a year to arrange financing. During this period, Dr. Rotter has called me several times to check on me and discuss my options. He has answered my questions and taken time to explain everything that will happen. This is extraordinary for someone who, until I had preliminary impressions done this week, saw me once for an initial consultation in November 2008.

Very good guy. Matter-of-fact and knowledgeable, yet also very personable in an avuncular sort of way. Highly recommended.

Not a big fan of the white coats. Had a terrible infection and needed a Dentist FAST. He was calm, comforting, capable, and most importantly effective in fixing my tooth, which ended up needing to be pulled. I would recommend Dr. Rotter to anyone....

I have gone to this dentist three times. Had a cavity filled--painfree and worked out great. First cleaning was not very comfortable but the second was painless. The doctor is very nice but the rates are quite excessive. Made it difficult to afford treatments. Also, the office seems a little pushy about purchasing treatments. Overall, a pretty good dentist experience, especially for this area.

I was a patient of Dr. Rotter's for many years, and only left his practice because I relocated from the Washington metropolitan area. Dr. Rotter has performed a variety of dental procedures on my behalf through the years, including endodontics and cosmetic treatment. I have never been disappointed with his work in any way. On the contrary, I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to be his patient. Dr. Rotter's high degree of professionalism and integrity is coupled with a kindness and caring that should be the standard for any profession. He cannot be replaced.

Dr. Rotter made himself available for an urgent case of a cracked filling on a mere 15 minutes notice. He was at all times courteous, professional, and personable. The facility was well managed and in and outprocessing was remarkably easy. The procedure took 2 hours during which time the Doctor made sure that I was not experiencing discomfort - and I did, in fact, not experience any discomfort during the procedure. Post procedural pain did not require narcotics and other than a single Aspirin. Aesthetically the work is remarkably good. I assumed that on such short notice and without asking for special treatment, that I would get an amalgam filling. Upon returning home, I was pleasantly surprised to note that the build-up for a crown made the tooth look like its original state. Based upon my experience with this Dentist, I intend to have further work done and I recommend him without reservation. K. Bobu
